POSITION IN THE STRUCTURE Hierarchical connections: President. responsible for the team of accompaniment. responsible for implementation the permanent of the actions educational, therapeutic, teaching and social. To guarantee the implementation of the project of establishment, in all its educational dimensions. To represent the structure near the unit of the partners. PERMANENT ACTIVITIES Animation and technical direction To pronounce the admission and the exit of the children. To be guaranteeing respect of the rights of the children. To organize the relations with the families of the children when the context allows it. To follow the evaluation and to propose at the Committee Management axes of improvement. To take part in the Management Committee. Staff management To recruit the professionals placed under his responsibility. To organize and coordinate the action of the professionals of the team of accompaniment. To program all the meetings which it considers necessary. To promote and plan the trainings of the professionals for which it is responsible. 3. NECESSARY COMPETENCES Master 2 in sciences of education, social sciences Knowledge of the development of the child. Experiment confirmed (5à10 years) in the educational sector. Managerial capacities. Relational ease. Spirit of initiative and creativity.
